I have worked with Ginny for nearly 3 years, and she is one of the most consistent, warm, creative, intuitive and gifted practitioners I’ve ever known. She is a student and teacher of family dynamics, trauma, creativity, experiential learning, intuition and spiritual gifts, emotional expression, and empowering clients to find the answers and confidence within. She is one of the best listeners and learns from my growth and adapts her approach as I evolve and grow so that I always feel challenged, seen and excited to step into new empowering frontiers. And to round it out she’s down to earth and authentic, and shares stories about her own life, when appropriate… what a great role model that counselors/teachers are on the path too! Ginny's Journey into the Mystical Heart meditation series was incredibly transformational and empowering. Each day I tapped into a clearer understanding of myself. Recognizing old beliefs and patterns that no longer served me and learning how to heal them and let them go. Embracing that the greatest source of love and acceptance is within ourselves and when we learn to release all of our pain, our anger, our regrets, our doubts, our judgments that we are finally able to be the truest form of ourselves and live our best lives. How we feel and think about ourselves within, is reflected in our outer experience as reality. Each meditation is filled with marvelous imagery which will take you on a journey back to your authentic self, where your heart can be healed and you can feel whole again with grace and ease.
